We’ll come out to your home or business and advise you on every aspect you should consider before choosing and installing your sprinkler system. You’ll work with us as we choose a system that’s uniquely designed for your specific property – from which product brand is right for you, to where to place your sprinkler heads, to determining watering levels and frequency. We install rain sensors with every new system. These devices deactivate your system during and after a rainfall, helping to conserve both water and electricity. We proudly offer the WiFi and app enabled Rachio GEN III Pro Series rain sensor as well as the traditional Hunter Pro-C with rain sensor.
Each spring, we return to start the system back up and check all components to your system for any damage that may have happened during the winter months.
Periodic seasonal maintenance is important to ensure that your sprinkler system continues to run smoothly and efficiently. We will also maintain existing sprinkler systems that other companies installed.
The most important maintenance service is the fall shutdown. The water supply is shut off and compressed air evacuates the water from the lines and sprinkler heads.
My wife ran over a sprinkler head this morning! Easily shut down that zone due to the great controller Sheridan installed last year. The office responded and had a tech there within an hour. Can’t say enough good things about these folks!
Mark and his team are punctual, honest, and experienced. If I were their competition, I’d be nervous. The appointment-setting system is convenient. The office staff is responsive. You might find cheaper options, but if you want the job done correctly and want assurance in follow up when and if necessary, these are the guys.
